Media & Commercial Litigation Associate or Senior Associate

We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join our fast growing and dynamic litigation team. We are looking for a candidate with between 3-5 years PQE.

This is a full time role and the work will be split between commercial and media litigation. You will manage your own cases as well as support the partners and senior associates as well as the wider team.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• media law: defamation, privacy, data, IP, etc. We are defendant focused but will consider applicants whose main experience is on the claimant side.
• commercial litigation: as wide as possible experience is preferable, as we have a busy and varied caseload (contractual claims; shareholder disputes; arbitration; insolvency, music, sports and property matters; professional negligence etc).

You will need to have excellent client communication skills and be happy working as part of a team in a fast paced environment. This is a hybrid role, although we encourage our lawyers to work in the office as much as possible.
