SMB Advises John Gore Studios on its investment into Hilltop Screen

We’re delighted to have advised our client, John Gore Studios, on its majority investment into Hilltop Screen, the television production company recently founded by drama producer, Hilary Bevan Jones.

The deal was led by SMB members from across our Film & TV, Corporate and Employment including Partners. James Greenslade, Neal Hodges, Tamara Ludlow and Alon Domb and supported by Lucy Newman, Michelle Rule and Annika Chauhan.

Hilltop Screen brings with it a robust portfolio of TV projects currently in development with major broadcasters and global streaming platforms, and of feature films, including one soon to be announced, enhancing John Gore Studios’ already impressive international scripted pipeline.
