Lara and the family team are no strangers to receiving exceptional feedback from clients but today is the first time SMB has received a poem.

I‘m in a glass enclosure with Lara

She’s dissecting my daughter’s marriage saga

She’s backwards and forwards and to-img and fro-img

To interpret the legalistic palaver

Four interminable hours have now passed

A solution maybe at last?

Has lovely Lara emerged

With the deal she has urged

For a mere three grand will this die be cast?
