Partner and head of SMB’s Criminal department, Phil Smith, featured on Nine News Australia yesterday.
Phil discussed the trial on Nine News, on Australian prime time television.
Phil was called upon to discuss the case which began on February 3rd, which is headline news down under, where Australian captain and Chelsea WFC player, Sam Kerr, has been accused of racially aggravated harassment of a police officer in London.
