We’re delighted to have advised our client, John Gore Productions, on its investment into the production company Deep Fusion Films.
Deep Fusion Films is a market leader in the ethical use of AI within the production process. It develops and produces a wide range of content, with current programming including Sky Arts’ Hammer: Heroes, Legends & Monsters and CBBC’s My Life: Jumping Jack’s Darts.
The deal was led by SMB lawyers from across our Corporate, Media and Employment teams including Peter Weiss, James Greenslade, Tamara Ludlow, Lucy Newman, Sarah Quicke, Yasma Qirreh, Meridith Gove, ChiChi Afunugo, Michelle Rule and Annika Chauhan.
