SMB is pleased to have advised Pembroke VCT, on its £3.7m investment into PEAK:AIO.
PEAK’s development of ultra-fast storage systems for AI workloads is enabling various institutions to unlock and scale AI faster and more cost effectively. This was an exciting transaction to be involved in as PEAK look to rapidly expand in the dynamic AI sector.
The SMB team was led by Neil Jones and included Tim Graham, Yasma Qirreh, John Harrington, Ewan Keen and Meridith Gove
