SMB is pleased to have advised Ryft, in its successful £5.7m round of funding. This takes the total investments received to over £7 million.
Ryft is a decentralised payments innovator based in Manchester that addresses a gap in the market for compliant and efficient payment solutions designed for the needs of marketplaces and platforms.
Founded by entrepreneurs Sadra Hosseini and Alex Mackenzie, Ryft has helped businesses efficiently process, manage, and monetise payments at scale in a compliant and secure way. Over 1,500 businesses have already implemented the software to support rapid growth without regulatory complications.
The SMB team was led by Natalie Wright and included Emma Halton and Lucy Newman.
