Special career interview with SMB Managing Partner

Razi Mireskandari has been interviewed by Jason Connolly who runs “The Career Success Podcast.” The interview gives a fascinating account of his background including how he started his career before getting to the law and how he helped shape Simons Muirhead Burton into the firm it is today. He talks about his initial experience of criminal law and how he felt more comfortable in the civil surroundings although it was a “baptism of fire” moving into that area.  Razi took over as Managing Partner at SMB in 2010, since then the firm has more than doubled in size. We recommend this is worth a listen for anyone starting out in the law and those interested in lessons in management.
