Asraa Asad Hassaan Noor

Asraa is a Legal Director with extensive experience in banking and finance transactions. She advises a broad range of clients, including lenders and borrowers, on domestic and cross-border financing arrangements.

She has particular experience in project and infrastructure finance, having advised on multi-million-dollar transactions funded by leading development banks.

Prior to joining SMB, she worked as a Senior Associate at the Pakistan office of a top-ranked global law firm, where she advised on high-value, cross-border energy, infrastructure finance transactions, before joining the firm’s London offices.

In addition to her core finance practice, Asraa has experience advising on mid-market corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and has acted for both buyers and sellers on share and asset transactions.

She is dual-qualified in England & Wales and Pakistan.
