Ben Ifrah

Ben is a Senior Associate in the Technology, Media and Commercial teams.

He regularly advises clients on a wide range of retail, media, data protection, technology, intellectual property, advertising and other commercial issues.

Ben has experience advising his clients on regulatory matters including with respect to enforcement action taken by The Information Commissioner, The Advertising Standards Agency and The Competition Markets Authority.

Ben has a particular interest in brand partnerships where he advises brands, agencies, celebrities and content creators on a range of contractual and advisory issues arising from large, complex and global partnerships.
