Camilla is a Trainee Solicitor currently sitting in the Employment team.
Prior to joining the firm, Camilla worked in-house for an international conservation charity where she advised on a range of grant agreements and commercial contracts as well as supporting the team in governance, risk management and compliance matters.

But what about the workplace? Could an employer require its workers and/or consultants to get the jab before allowing them to attend employer or client premises? Particularly as a way of showing compliance with health and safety duties?
