Claire is an associate in the Corporate, Commercial & Finance Team. She advises on a range of commercial matters with a particular focus on contracts delivering technology or digital services as well as advising on intellectual property issues. She also has experience working with the debt and property finance team.
Prior to completing her legal training at Simons Muirhead Burton, Claire qualified as a Secondary Education Teacher, teaching both English and Law. She also worked as a Technology Consulting Analyst, working with a variety of Communications, Media and Technology clients on projects designed to add value to their business through the implementation of new technology.
She gained a Distinction in her Master of Law degree which critiqued the development of privacy law in light of emerging technology.
