David Offenbach

David is a Consultant in the Real Estate team. He specialises in all aspects of commercial and residential property law and transactions for corporate, charity, trust, estate and private clients, especially in the media, arts and leisure sectors. He also has specialist expertise in advising on complex charity related issues, and on agricultural land acquisitions for a national charity.

David was formerly a non-executive director for many years of quoted and private companies and brings commercial experience to property transactions and advisory work.

He was also a Camden Councillor for ten years, and is currently a non-executive director and trustee of The Working Man’s College for Women and Men, London (the oldest adult education college in the UK), a non-executive director of Brent Housing Partnership (managing all housing of the London Borough of Brent) and a non-executive director of Circle 33 Housing Trust (a major UK housing association).
