Dina is an experienced commercial litigator who acts for a wide variety of clients, including high profile and high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, families and owner-managed businesses. She has broad advisory and trial experience in complex, often multi-jurisdictional commercial cases, including director and shareholder claims, general contractual matters, and partnership disputes.
Dina also advises clients on defamation, breach of privacy, breach of confidence, harassment, and data protection. She frequently deals with the Information Commissioner’s Office on behalf of clients. She advises journalists and writers on libel issues both pre- and post- publication.
