Emma is an associate in the Corporate & Commercial Team.

She advises on all aspects of company law, both transactional and operational, most notably: Advising on acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses (third party and intra-group); advising both incoming and exiting management teams with their management buyouts; advising minority and majority shareholders on joint ventures and investments, including drafting shareholders’ agreements and articles of association, addressing share class rights, voting control and entitlements to income and capital; and advising on, and documenting, capital reductions, receivables assignments and loan waivers.
