Jenny Constable

Jenny is a Legal Director in our Corporate & Commercial team. She has over twenty years of experience advising on private company mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures. She has also advised on a number of AIM and Euronext IPOs and subsequent placings.

She represents companies in a wide range of sectors, from start-ups to established companies and private equity funds. She also advises high net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs on their fund-raising and joint ventures including drafting shareholders’ agreements, articles of association and ancillary documentation.

Jenny also advises clients on general corporate matters including capital re-organisations, reduction or cancellation of share capital, share buy-backs, loan notes and other Companies Act provisions.
