John Harrington

John is a Senior Associate in the Technology, Corporate & Commercial teams.

He is a specialist commercial lawyer and advises clients on a wide range of contractual, technology and intellectual property issues. He also has significant experience advising organisations on data protection considerations and compliance.

John advises and collaborates with a wide range of clients from innovative start-ups and digital marketing agencies to cutting-edge software developers and multinational companies.

In addition, John has particular experience working with tech entrepreneurs during phases of substantial growth and on the procurement side with clients looking to expand their existing portfolios so that his clients have essential assistance with all aspects of their businesses.

John is also the chair of the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility group and advises a number of national charities and social enterprises.
