Jonathan Hunter is a Consultant advising private clients on UK and cross border property, finance, and asset management matters, with particular experience in high value and mixed use property portfolios.
He acts for a select number of private clients on multi jurisdictional real estate financing, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, and the strategic management of residential and commercial property assets. His work regularly involves complex ownership and funding structures and coordination with lenders, tax advisers, and offshore professionals to deliver pragmatic and commercially focused outcomes
Jonathan has significant experience in the contentious aspects of portfolio management, including possession proceedings, forfeiture, and disputes under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, and advises on litigation arising from the management, restructuring, and enforcement of property interests. He also advises on asset related taxation, insolvency, and intellectual property issues.
He takes a careful, analytical approach and provides clear, practical advice to private clients managing substantial property interests, both in the UK and internationally.
