Keren Lister

Keren is an Associate in the Employment team, having completed her training contract with the firm in 2018. During her time at the firm she has gained extensive experience in non-contentious and contentious matters. She specialises in all aspects of employment law and has experience working in-house in the public sector as well as in private practice for private, public and third sector clients.

Keren advises employers and employees on a breadth of employment law matters including employment contracts, consultancy and service agreements, drafting and reviewing company handbooks, policies and procedures, settlement agreements and settlement negotiations, defending employment tribunal claims and ACAS (COT3) settlement and employee-related data protection policies and issues, including compliance and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Keren graduated from the University of Manchester in 2010, following which she completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
