Lucy is a Senior Associate in the Corporate, Commercial & Finance team. She has experience advising clients on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general commercial matters.
Lucy has worked across a broad range of sectors, including waste management, media and publishing acting for entrepreneurs, start-ups and small-medium sized businesses.
Lucy is part of the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility group and is a keen supporter of charity Crisis, for whom she volunteers.
