Mark Levine

Mark Levine is a partner and head of the firm’s Real Estate practice, with over 20 years’ experience in commercial property.

He primarily acts for investors, developers, asset managers and private capital providers who are active in the mid-market.

Mark has a strong track record in executing complex transactions under tight deadlines. He is experienced in dealing with finance across the capital stack, corporate wraps and joint ventures.

He frequently acts for operators in the hospitality, leisure and retail sectors in relation to their commercial leasing arrangements.

Mark is a recommended Property Lawyer in Spear’s 500. He qualified in 2004 and was with Mishcon de Reya and then a partner at Hamlins before joining SMB in 2016.
