Mark Levine

Mark Levine is a Partner and Head of the Real Estate team.

He acts for developers, investors, asset managers and finance lenders, who are active in the mid-market, as well as operators in the hospitality, leisure and retail sectors. In particular, he has recently been involved with development finance lending for OakNorth Bank and hotel development projects for Z Hotels.

Clients value Mark’s ability to find angles to enhance their commercial position, and to execute deals in challenging timescales. He is regularly ranked in Spear’s 500. Mark qualified in 2004 and was with Mishcon de Reya and then a partner at Hamlins before joining SMB in 2016.
