Mark is a Paralegal in the Crime & Regulatory team. He supports the department in all aspects of claims and defences in criminal and regulatory matters impacting clients in the UK and internationally.
Mark deals with criminal cases all the way from arrest and detention at police stations, to trial in the Crown Courts. He frequently acts in cases where professionals are investigated or charged, and has been closely involved in the representation of teachers, professors, doctors, lawyers, bankers, accountants, and politicians amongst many others.
Mark has worked on cases across the full range of the criminal law, from Road Traffic Act offences to benchmark rate rigging; common assault to serious and organised crime. He also has experience of cases where there is an overlap between the civil and criminal law having worked on a number of high-value civil fraud cases.
