Molly is a Paralegal in the Employment team.

She joined SMB in August 2025 after completing the firms vacation scheme in June.

Before joining SMB, Molly worked as a magazine journalist and then in marketing within the media industries. She made a transition into law, completing the Postgraduate Diploma in Law in 2024 and SQE1 in 2025.

Outside of her career and studies, Molly has volunteered with several organisations, including at a charity supporting people from underrepresented backgrounds to begin careers in tech and an international school in Eswatini.
