She advises on intellectual property strategy, helping businesses identify, protect, and turn their intellectual property into a value-driving asset. Her data-driven approach empowers clients to make strategic decisions fast and confidently, balancing risks and opportunities.
Natalia has extensive UK and international experience advising on patents, trademarks, registered design rights and IP due diligence. She has worked with companies at various stages, from solo founders to late-stage investment rounds, also acting on the investors’ side.
She specialises in software technologies and consumer goods. Prior to joining Simons Muirhead Burton, Natalia was a Managing Director of an Intellectual Property firm in Cambridge that specialised in working with SMEs and start-ups.
Natalia regularly provides workshops to start-up accelerators and governmental organisations on the importance of Intellectual Property. She was named one of 300 World’s Leading IP Strategists in 2022 by the prestigious IAM Strategy 300.
