Pascale has experience in a broad range of general commercial real estate matters involving high-end office premises, industrial premises, shopping centres, and restaurants. She specialises in transactional asset management work for investors, landlords and tenants.
Pascale also advises on the real estate aspects of corporate transactions including share and asset purchase agreements.
