Poppy is a paralegal in the IP, Retail and Franchising teams and Personal Assistant to Maninder Gill.
She qualified as a lawyer in NSW (Australia) in June 2024, before moving to London in July 2024. Poppy joined SMB in January 2025. Whilst studying her law degree, she worked as a personal assistant/paralegal at a boutique family law firm specialising in all aspects of family law for married, de facto and same sex couples.
Beyond her legal studies, she interned at a non-government, not-for-profit, community-based organisation actively supporting the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to self-determination.
