Samuel is an Associate in the Family team.
Samuel’s practice covers a broad range of family law matters, including but not limited to:
- Divorce and jurisdictional issues
- Financial claims arising from separation
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Children issues, in particular where allegations of harm have been raised
- International and internal child relocation
- Non-molestation and occupation orders.
Samuel trained at a leading specialist family law firm in London. After qualifying in 2021, Samuel moved to a boutique Mayfair firm, where he frequently represented a vast array of high-net worth and international clients in respect of issues arising from relationship breakdown.
Samuel has a first-class master’s degree in Law from the University of Cambridge and he passed his Legal Practice Course with distinction.
