Simon Halberstam

Simon is head of the Technology team. His work is focused on the drafting and negotiation of contracts for those providing or procuring technology or digital services. He also acts in domain name disputes and advises on other aspects of Intellectual Property. In addition, he provides guidance to companies wishing to set up online gambling operations either in the UK or targeted at UK consumers.

His wide range of clients includes on the procurement side: Financial Services companies, Private Equity Houses and Trade Bodies and on the supplier side: App Developers, Managed Services Providers, SAAS and IAAS Providers. Simon is recognised for his ability to provide practical and pragmatic advice and advises and is a regular panelist on technology forums on topics ranging from new developments in the technology sector to advising tech founders on their routes to exit.

Simon speaks French, German and Italian. He is part of the Legal Panel at the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.
