Steven is a consultant in the Communications and Disputes team. He advises clients on defamation, privacy and reputation management, and all aspects of the law relating to media, arts and publishing.
Steven was Head of the Media and Privacy team at a central London Law firm for 20 years acting in many high profile cases and for many well-known clients in media, privacy and arts disputes.
Steven is a Solicitor Advocate (with Higher Courts Rights of Audience) and has often appeared in the High Court and also in the Court of Appeal. He is a trained mediator and has extensive experience of resolving disputes through mediation and other forms of ADR.
He also acts in commercial litigation, advising on cases with a media/arts element and has extensive experience in corporate and personal insolvency matters.
