Tom heads the Immigration team. He has extensive experience in immigration work with an established reputation for providing expertise advice in all areas of UK immigration law.
Tom has experience assisting corporate clients in a wide range of sectors, from large multinational corporations and FTSE 100 companies to start-ups and small family run businesses. He has a strong focus on guiding companies through the complexities of sponsorship compliance issues.
He also assists individuals and families on a wide variety of matters such as nationality, settlement, Appendix FM, Global Talent, Global Mobility and Innovator routes.
Tom has also developed a particular focus in helping companies and individuals working in the creative sector, working with large organisational bodies in the sector to help frame and understand immigration policy. Similarly, Tom has also worked with organisational bodies in both the manufacturing and construction industries and has been regularly used by recognised publications in these fields as an expert on immigration law.
Tom joined the firm in August 2023. Prior to joining the firm Tom worked for over eight years at a leading global immigration law firm. Tom was also previously a law clerk to the Honourable Mary Catherine Cuff, P.J.A.D, during her time as Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Tom is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association as well as the American Bar Association. He is also dual-qualified as both a solicitor in the UK and as a U.S. attorney (licenced in Pennsylvania).
