Delighted to see our client Banijay, the world’s largest independent production company, going from strength to strength, as they post revenues in excess of $3bn. We have acted for Banijay on a number of recent acquisitions, including both the flagship ventures (Kindle Entertainment and Mam Tor) highlighted in Deadline’s article. 2022 and Q1 of 2023 saw considerable M&A activity in the media sector, a trend I expect (and hope!) will continue throughout 2023.
