Neal is a Partner in the Corporate, Commercial & Finance team. He advises a wide range of clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate structures including acting for a number of private equity investors both in the UK and internationally. His clients include well-known media, publishing and technology businesses as well as founders and owners of more traditional businesses.
Neal has specialist expertise in advising on mergers and acquisitions, in particular in negotiating sales and purchases. He acts for sellers and for purchasers, and many of the transactions Neal advises on have an international element. Neal also advises businesses at all stages of their establishment and growth, providing guidance on incoming and outgoing investments, corporate structures, directors’ duties, shareholder arrangements and exits.
He regularly speaks on panels on finance raising and growth for tech companies, planning for exit for entrepreneurs and on mergers and acquisitions.
