Head of Family law, Partner Jane McDonagh has been featured in the Financial Times opinion section ‘Your Questions’. In response to, ‘Will divorce affect my grandchildren’s trust fund?’, where the FT reader asks if they would be required to disclose the capital sum of the fund in their son’s divorce case, Jane advises that it is very possible the court would require to know more about the trust.
