Maninder Gill (Head Partner) and Anne Rose (Associate) of Simons Muirhead Burton LLP’s (SMB) Retail and Intellectual Property team delivered a seminar yesterday to a group of MA students studying Fashion Retail Management at the London College of Fashion.
This talk focused on the principal legal issues and challenges facing the retail industry and covered topics including channels of distribution, consumer law, data protection, augmented reality technology and intellectual property rights (IPR).
