Last week, the head of our Crime team Phil Smith and Senior Associate Henrietta Ronson acted for a highly successful tech investor who was acquitted of sexual assault following a week-long trial at Isleworth Crown Court. The case attracted widespread publicity in the press due to the high profile of our client who was represented at his trial by instructed Counsel Louise Sweet KC of 2 Bedford Row.
