SMB have advised on the merger between Precision Printing, ProCo Printing, Prime Printing and Climb Creative, which completed on 31st August. The newly formed holding company, Precision ProCo Group, will be headed by CEO Gary Peeling, former CEO of Precision Printing.
The deal was led by Natalie Wright, with Associate Rob Hepburn and Trainee Solicitors Tom Robinson and Olu Mshelia, and Tamara Ludlow on the employment aspects.
The Precision ProCo Group forms a £45m, 360 staff multisite commercial and online print group. Congratulations to the Precision ProCo Group. We wish them every success in their new venture.
