SMB acts for Independent Talent Group

We are delighted to have acted for Independent Talent Group in the major investment by Sienna Private Equity into the agency.

This is a groundbreaking deal for ITG, one of Europe’s biggest talent agencies – which represents the likes of Daniel Craig, Rachel Weisz, Peter Morgan, and Jodie Comer – and it also marks the beginning of an exciting new phase of development and growth for ITG.

The deal was also a landmark deal for SMB, involving eight different SMB teams across multiple practice areas. We worked with a large group of management sellers and ITG’s advisers at Bank of America to get the deal over the line.
