Following the recent promotion of four new Partners in three of our departments, Simons Muirhead Burton is excited to introduce and highlight the expertise of our newly appointed Partners.

In this article, Bradley Stylianou, shares a bit about himself, his practice and our firm.

Bradley is a Partner in our Real Estate department, having worked at SMB for 7 years.

Speaking on his route into Real Estate law, Bradley noted the decision to work in the property industry had been a long standing one, having piqued his interest greatly. He said: “I always had a fascination with property and still do so becoming a real estate solicitor allowed me to pursue a respected profession whilst maintaining that interest.

“If I wasn’t a solicitor, I’m sure I would be doing something else within property.”

Bradley has a wealth of experience in the acquisition, disposal, development and secured financing of both commercial and residential property.

Speaking on his most interesting case to date, he said: “I recently worked on the acquisition of a prominent mixed-use central London investment property for £20m which presented numerous challenges for me to navigate through to a successful completion.”

As a Partner seeking to strengthen SMB’s thriving Real Estate team Bradley noted that his ideal clients include: “Established investors and developers or secured lenders as they operate at a level which fits the profile of the Firm but also those who are newer to the industry with big ideas as that creates an opportunity to assist their growth and enjoy their successes together which is often more rewarding.”

When asked what types of clients he is most excited to continue working with in his new role as a Partner, Bradley noted the importance of maintaining outstanding client relationships, he said: “I am looking forward to building on the existing relationships which I have created over the last seven years at the Firm, but equally fostering new ones with a view to contributing towards the continued success of the department and Firm as a whole.

I believe that the elevated position of Partner gives me a fantastic platform to do that.”

Congratulations, Bradley!
