SMB listed in the Times Best Law Firms 2022

SMB have been listed in the prestigious The Times Best Law Firms list for 2022. As a new entry, we are recognised for a number of notable cases that we have been involved with over the past year, including the ‘libel case of the century’ Depp V News Group Newspapers Ltd. The Times also recognised our landmark ruling in Tomlinson-Blake v Royal Mencap Society in which Partner James Davies was recognised as The Times Lawyer of the Week. Finally, the Corporate team was highlighted for advising, Narrative Capital, on its acquisition of Sony Pictures Television’s UK channels portfolio.

These were just some of the highlights noted in the Times announcement today and we are pleased the firm is recognised for the first time this year.
