SMB welcomes Ruth Ling as new COO
Ruth Ling joined our senior management team in June as Chief Operating Officer. Ruth is a qualified solicitor who trained at Ward Hadaway and went on to become an Associate at Nabarro LLP, before moving into technology, operations and change. She has extensive experience in the legal sector and joins us as a former Head of Innovation and Change at a London law firm.
