Alon is a Partner in our Corporate team, with extensive experience advising on M&A transactions including buying and selling businesses, shareholders agreements and joint ventures, corporate real estate, corporate finance and business affairs.
Alon has particular expertise in the media, technology and property sectors. He has over 30 years of experience, including as a partner and head of the corporate team at two previous law firms.
Alon joined SMB at the start of 2023.
