I am pleased to be able to announce that SMB acted for Interaction Recruitment in its acquisition of highly regarded recruitment businesses, Hamilton Mayday and Lifeline Recruitment. Hamilton Mayday specialises in hospitality/catering, and Lifeline is a healthcare business.
Interaction now has 29 branches across the UK.
Andrew Gilchrist, Managing Director of Interaction Recruitment said of the SMB team:
‘Alon and rest of the SMB team did an excellent job through their hard work and pragmatic approach to help us achieve the acquisition of the Hamilton Mayday and Lifeline Recruitment businesses within a very short time frame.
Interaction continues to look for further acquisition opportunities that will fit the Interaction model. In making acquisition we are not reliant on borrowings or debts, as our accounts show a healthy cash at bank position. Upon an acquisition we are happy to continue working with existing financiers and professional advisors, as appropriate.’
Having acted for Interaction over the last decade, their continued growth and success has been impressive. I am pleased to have acted on these acquisitions which is part of that strategy.
We are delighted to announce that Gordon Clough has been promoted to Partner.
