Laurie Cooke

Laurie is a consultant in the Media and Corporate, Commercial & Finance teams. She advises on all types of commercial contracts including technology procurement, outsourcing, e-commerce, software licensing and development, Cloud SaaS and PaaS transactions, app development and all aspects of digital exploitation, IP advice relating to the use and ownership of content including on social media, and data protection.

She has advised on both the customer and supplier sides of technology transactions for a number of global tech operators as well as SMEs and start-ups.

Laurie also specialises in media, entertainment and sport, acting for television personalities, TV and film producers and writers, film financiers and sporting organisations.
