Head of the Sport team, Marc has over 18 years of in-house broadcasting and sports industry experience, including at Virgin Media and Wasserman Media Group, and provides unique industry insight and market knowledge to his clients. Marc’s specialist expertise includes advising on complex intellectual property licensing agreements for rights holders and licensees. Marc has recently provided advice to Virgin Media, TV3, Econet Media (a multiplatform television service recently launched across Africa), AMC Networks International and UKTV.
Marc also provides legal and strategic advice to buyers and sellers of sports media rights. He has worked for sports bodies across multiple media rights auctions, offers advice on packaging of rights, and market analysis in the UK and overseas. Previous and current clients include: The Football League, Premiership Rugby, European Professional Club Rugby, Major League Soccer, USGA, WBC, Racing UK and talkSPORT. Marc is also a member of the British Association of Sports Lawyers.
