Marlon is a partner in the Commercial Team, Technology and Media teams.
Marlon has extensive UK and international experience advising clients on the full spectrum of commercial work including all elements of sales and business development, commercial contracts, technology, digital media, media buying and planning, sponsorship, talent and content acquisition.
He regularly works on complex commercial work with a media focus including sponsorship and endorsement deals (including recent sponsorship tie-ups with Team GB, Paralympics GB and Special Olympics), marketing-related agreements (such as creative agency, media buying, and talent agreements), broadcasting, digital content and production agreements, as well as the full range of tech/digital focused agreements.
Marlon also has extensive experience advising retail and consumer brands (including those in the retail, food and drinks space).
Marlon frequently contributes as an author to the Entertainment Law Review and Computer and Telecommunications Law Review on media and technology-related matters, and is a regular speaker at industry events. Marlon is also a member of the Digital Media Group Committee (Society for Computers and Law).
