Nick Miller

Nick co-heads the Film & TV practice group with Partner Razwana Akram.

He specialises principally in all aspects of film and television development, production, finance, and distribution where his clients include independent producers and production companies, banks, private financiers, high-profile authors, writers, and individual talent.

He has worked on projects with all of the major studios, global streamers, and UK broadcasters over recent years – as well as being part of various Oscar, BAFTA and Emmy award-winning and nominated projects. Nick is also an executive producer on “Kensuke’s Kingdom”, an animated feature film adaptation of the Michael Morpurgo novel, which is due to be released in late 2023, early 2024.

Nick’s practice has considerable breadth with substantial experience across all areas of film and TV – including independent feature films, animation, high-end dramas, documentaries, family and kids, sitcoms and factual – both within the UK and internationally. In addition, Nick advises in other media and entertainment areas including merchandising and licensing matters.

Nick joined the firm in June 2023 having specialised in film & TV matters in private practice for over 20 years.
