Our Corporate team has advised Banijay Group, the world’s leading independent content producer and distributor, on the formation and launch of a new production label, The Natural Studios, with Bear Grylls and Delbert Shoopman. The new venture, one of Banijay’s largest to date, further expands their global reach in the adventure space, which already includes brands such as Survivor, 71 Degrees North, Fort Boyard, The Crystal Maze, SAS: Who Dares Wins and Stars on the Rocks.

The deal was led by SMB Partner Neal Hodges with Senior Associate Ollie Flowers and Associate Jack Heywood from the Corporate Team, and Partner Tamara Ludlow from the Employment team.
