We are pleased to announce the sale of international regulatory consultancy, RApport Global Strategic Services Ltd to US based ELIQUENT Life Sciences.
Our team was led by Peter Weiss, joint head of SMB’s Corporate, Commercial and Finance team, together with legal director Jenny Constable, associate (New Zealand qualified) Tim Graham, and Employment senior associate Krista Barnes advising Lorna Griffin and Ifty Saiyed, founders of RApport, on the sale.
RApport is a specialist international regulatory consultancy offering a range of services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnological and medical device industries.
