SMB’s Corporate and Real Estate teams have advised Atlantic Leaf Properties on the sale of its subsidiary, Hyder Limited, which held a £34m industrial commercial property based in Runcorn. This transaction involved negotiation and agreements across a number of jurisdictions.
Atlantic Leaf Properties are a Jersey-listed property investment company, with a primary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, and have sold Hyder to Elite Logistics Limited. Atlantic Leaf’s main focus is investing in high quality, investment grade real estate assets within the industrial sector of the UK market.
The Corporate team was led by partner Peter Weiss and senior associate Prasan Modasia, with associate Sarah Quicke, and the Real Estate team was led by partner Mark Levine and senior associate Marios Georgiades.
