Following the appointment to the Employment Team of Sundeep Rathod as Senior Associate and Head of Business Immigration, we can now offer Business and Personal Immigration advice and assistance to business and private clients.
Sundeep is a UK immigration law specialist with over eight years business immigration experience. He previously worked for 7 years at a leading business immigration firm, providing advice to large corporates, SMEs, individuals and HR and global mobility professionals with a specific focus on international assignments. Data Protection Complaints – Action needed for every data controller
Much of the attention around the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (DUAA) has focused on technical changes that appeal to data protection geeks (like me and my colleagues?) such as the scope of a reasonable and proportionate search, how controllers can use automated decision-making and a broad lawful basis of legitimate interests for scientific research.
